Prior to his civilian career, Allman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arkansas, where he completed the Air Force ROTC program. Allman then served in the U.S. Air Force for over 20 years and flew combat missions during Operations Northern Watch and Enduring Freedom. He entered the Pilot Training Program at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Oklahoma in 1988. Upon receiving his wings, he was selected as an instructor pilot in the T-38 Talon and later became a check pilot and Operations Group Executive Officer. He went on to fly the C-5 Galaxy as an instructor aircraft commander at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware and in the C-9 at Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany. Allman led the first-ever C-9 combat deployment of pilots, medical professionals, and aircraft maintenance personnel supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. It was also during this time in October 2000 that he would pilot the MacKay Trophy award-winning mission to Aden Yemen, rescuing survivors of the terrorist attack on the USS Cole. His final assignment was as Chief of Operational Resources at HQ Air Education and Training Command in San Antonio, Texas.
Allman has earned an MA in administration from Webster University in St Louis, Missouri and a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license. He serves on the board of directors of Family Endeavors, one of San Antonio’s largest veteran’s assistance organizations, and is an elder at Oak Hills Church. He is a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans and Veterans of Foreign Wars Associations. He is married to Tara, a Real Estate team leader, and they have two grown children.

With vast experience in strategic content marketing, Jacquelyn has expertise in content strategy, content development, and social media marketing. She utilizes this experience to guide all aspects of Skyward Media Group’s social and content marketing development, strategy, and implementation.
In addition to her marketing and communication experience, Jacquelyn holds a Texas teaching certification and was a public school teacher for Northside ISD in San Antonio for 6 years. Some of her favorite things about San Antonio include the Mexican food, The Pearl, and the vast amounts of things to do and see!
With nearly two decades of experience in digital media and art and design, Nathan successfully operates his company Ellis Arts & e- Media, with a mission to deliver a proven knowledge of creative strategy, vision, communication, and project management to each client.
After 16 years of experience working in the graphic design industry and 22 years as a freelance artist, Nathan has developed a broad arsenal of skills and techniques. Being well rounded in many different disciplines within the realm of computer graphics, Nathan effectively seeks and proposes unique solutions to a wide array of problems that he may encounter during the creative process.
A graduate of Baylor University, Kelsey holds a degree in Professional Writing. She has spent time doing freelance writing projects, as well as nonprofit social media, PR, and communications. Her primary freelance venture is as a key content contributor and editor for Skyward Media Group’s clients. In her free time, she loves to travel and writes children’s stories inspired by the Texas Hill Country.
Aly resides in the North Houston area where she continues her career as a freelance writer while raising twin boys.
He was fascinated with storytelling from an early age, writing school plays in elementary school and middle school, and in high school creating several short films with his friends and a handheld video camera. In 2013, he was a contributor and editor for the Texan Post and enjoys getting to tell the rest of the world what he thinks about his home state.
Currently, Joshua is a professional musician who tours the world with his close friends performing at venues ranging from local dive bars to major music festivals like Bonnaroo, Newport Folk Festival, and Texas’ own Austin City Limits. When not on tour, Joshua writes music with hopes to one day score a feature film. His favorite part about central Texas is the accessibility to swimmable lakes and rivers.
Katherine works with sophomores at Reagan and loves the fact that she is able to help students improve their writing skills while teaching them to love literature at the same time.
When she is not teaching or writing, Katherine enjoys exploring San Antonio by trying new restaurants, walking, and spending time with friends and family. Katherine lives in the Stone Oak area and does not plan on leaving anytime soon! She loves all of the excitement and community that the close-knit area has to offer.
Emma earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Spanish from Centre College, and her work has been published in multiple scholarly and literary journals, as well as by the Academy of American Poets. From creating blog and social media content for Skyward Media Group to serving as an editor with a small publishing house, Emma is devoted to honing her craft.
In addition to her freelance career, Emma works as an administrator at Seashore Charter Schools on North Padre Island. In her free time, she enjoys exploring downtown Corpus Christi’s newest restaurants and businesses and tries to keep her Meyer Lemon tree alive.
